I wanted to take a quick moment to share with you my CubicFarms experience to date.
It has been nearly 6 months since my CubicFarms arrived onsite and installation began. Installation went relatively well and any challenges that presented, your team worked hard to rectify them quickly. I appreciate the training that I received both at your facility in Pitt Meadows, and again here at Swiss Leaf. The follow up training visit and support by Jo-Ann and Andrei has been most helpful.
We have now been harvesting and selling produce for a full 3 months, and I have happy to report I am only a few weeks away from being completely sold out. Having never sold produce before, I was initially concerned but now it is quite clear that our biggest problem is going to be meeting the ever-growing demand. We will be placing an order to at least double our current 14 growing machines within a few months.
I consistently hear from our customers how excellent our produce is, both in quality and consistency. The CubicFarms brand “Thriiv Local Garden” is being well received, as is the packaging and overall program.
Our CubicFarm growing machines are performing well. Once the break-in period was past us, they have performed very well and we continue to improve our quality and yield.
In conclusion, I just wanted to express my thanks to the CubicFarms team for their continued support, and how excited I am to continue to grow as part of the CubicFarms family here in the Edmonton Alberta area.
