VANCOUVER, BC, JUNE 18, 2020 – CubicFarm® Systems Corp. (TSXV:CUB) (“CubicFarms” or the “Company”) announces that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of 3,670,000 stock options pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan, subject to regulatory approval. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.63 per share, with one third vesting immediately and the remainder vesting in equal tranches over the next two years. The options expire five years after having fully vested.
